Xeye’s web presence is a key component of the company’s global sales and marketing initiatives. Through a series of interactive models, the site clarifies Xeye’s highly evolved suite of wealth management software tools.
For nearly a decade, Riordon Design had provided creative brand expression for New York-based Xeye – a global provider of wealth management technology solutions serving some of the world’s leading financial institutions. When Xeye approached Riordon in 2007 with the goal of better articulating its value proposition online, Riordon partnered with Pear for site planning, design and engineering.
The challenge for the collective design team was to give Xeye’s product a physical presence. The toolset lacked a visual identity and there was no packaging of any type.
In response, we chose a hexagon motif for the platform’s comprehensive and highly configurable design. The hexagon, which is inherently modular, leads to a series of interactive models that communicate product information. The models give product components tactility and demonstrate their value as standalone solutions as well as contributors to the larger, multifunctional system. Giving visitors control of these models and their display provides a better understanding of Xeye’s products and increases information retention.
