DESCRIPTION
Fuelled by Dynapro’s considerable industry experience, we developed a proprietary toolset to support the company’s tenant services offering. The Dynapro and Dynapro Genesis sites present a fully realized marketing and management solution for this commercial real estate brokerage.

Word of mouth brought Dynapro to us in 2005. An independent commercial real estate brokerage, Dynapro was looking to lessen the burden on its small team of agents by migrating a number of core business functions to an automated web-based platform. Additionally, the organization was lacking marketing materials. We were challenged to balance two disparate objectives – to create a suite of marketing and management tools that would allow Dynapro to not only promote its services but also to perform the necessary due diligence and manage contract negotiations.

For the marketing component, Dynapro’s requirements were twofold – clearly articulate the company’s value proposition and aid potential clients in identifying and engaging an agent specific to their geographic area of interest. We crafted a compact and efficient presentation, exposing key messaging and allowing for multiple access points to agent contacts. The fulfilment side of the project, branded Dynapro Genesis, was significantly more complex, requiring a proper articulation of architecture and a broader range of development skills. Beginning with little more than a want-list, we quickly evolved Genesis into a robust toolset capable of accelerating key processes and significantly reducing transactional lead-time.

In concert, these two facets of the Dynapro solution project a professional and forward-thinking image, elevating the company’s identity above that of a localized, boutique operation.
